SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygiene and epidemiology, medicine, food industry, in particular, to devices that serve for thermal treatment of a product, mostly, baby food, and is designed to prepare and heat a formula to feed infants. According to the invention, the mobile device to heat a product, is arranged in the form of a thermal bag with separate compartments, and baby food reservoirs placed in these compartments, at the same time the thermal bag contains a source of supply, which is arranged in the form of an accumulator battery, a charging device, and the thermal bag compartments comprise a heating element and an element that prevents heating, arranged at different levels, and a reservoir for installation into a compartment is arranged in the form of two volumes separated from each other with the help of a rotary valve, in one of which water is contained, and the other one holds a loose formula; at the same time the separation into volumes is arranged so that whenever a reservoir is installed into a compartment, the heating element touches only the volume, where water is contained, at the same time the volume with the loose formula touches the element, which prevents heating; besides, a thermal bag is equipped with a button to switch on the device and to indicate the heating temperature with two light-emitting diodes, made with the possibility to switch as the heating temperature of the specified value is achieved.
