SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a holder for a baby bottle, which is designed to be attached to the baby bottle, designed for feeding the baby with milk. The device comprises a heat-insulating and a flexible elastic element, a tubular pad, a conical pad, and grips. At that the elastic element comprises the synthetic polymer, and the tubular pad has a hole with a diameter which is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the neck of the bottle body. The conical pad is located below the tubular pad and is designed to cover the surface of the shoulder of the bottle body. The grips have a tongue shape and extend downwardly from the lower edge of the conical pad to prevent sliding of the bottle.

EFFECT: device provides easy holding of the bottle while preparing milk, and also prevents slipping of the bottle.
