FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to rotary drawing of cylindrical shells, hollow articles and, to static pulse spinning. External head comprises body with central bore, deforming elements, hollow-shaft rotor, rotor bore surface being provided with race and support. Said support comprises compression spring secured thereon to set surface plastic strain forced. Said body is made up of three-phase induction squirrel-cage motor with rotor running in antifriction bearing there inside. Body is pivoted on aforesaid support to perform reciprocating oscillations there across. Deforming elements are arranged on aforesaid rotor race.
EFFECT: expanded performances, higher efficiency and quality.
