FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal plastic working, in particular, to devices for treatment of helical, cylindrical and figurine surfaces with pulse-impact surface plastic deformation. The device has a case with a central opening, deforming instruments and a rotor in the form of a hollow shaft. At the ends of the rotor on the surface of its hole there are threaded parts. The case is made as a stator of a three-phase asynchronous shorted electric motor, inside which there is the specified rotor mounted in rolling bearings. The deforming elements are arranged at the elastic bushing in the opening of the rotor, they are mounted in it by three thirds, and protrude from its inner surface by one fourth. The elastic bush is fixed with the help of nuts screwed into threaded parts of the rotor hole surface with the possibility to adjust and set the elastic bush stiffness.
EFFECT: technological resources are expanded; efficiency and quality of processed surface are increased.
