FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic boosting of steering, particularly, to steering drives with servo mechanisms. In compliance with this invention, steering wheel is turned to move hydraulic control valve from its initial position to direct oil flow from feed pump into geared pump for the latter to bring hydraulic control valve to initial position. Note here that oil flow from geared pump is directed via remote line by hydraulic control valve directly into one of wheel hydraulic cylinder chambers. Steering wheel is fixed in hydraulic boosting system position for straight motion. Note here that controlled wheels and hydraulic control valve are kept in neutral position via negative feedback between geared pump and hydraulic control valve. With hydraulic control valve in neutral position, oil may be discharged from both chambers of actuating hydraulic cylinder of controlled wheels turn into tank via remote line and hydraulic control valves. Proposed system comprises servo circuit with negative feedback that comprises gearing, hydraulic control valve spool valve and hydraulic motor communicated via oil lines with control channels of hydraulic control valve. Steering wheel is coupled with hydraulic control valve spool valve via worm gear. Note also that steering wheel is coupled with hydraulic motor via worm reduction gear with hollow worm gear. Note here that hydraulic motor is made up of reversing geared pump. First inlet-outlet channel of geared pump is communicated via oil line with first control channel of hydraulic control valve, while second inlet-outlet channel is communicated via remote oil line with first chamber of actuating hydraulic cylinder. The latter has its second chamber communicated via remote oil line with second control channel of hydraulic control valve.
EFFECT: ruling out deviation from straight direction at high speed.
