FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: in-built electric hot plate contains the upper panel, the main body mounted under the upper panel, containing a heating source, a cabinet whereon the upper panel is mounted, the upper cover closing the space between the upper panel side edge and the cabinet, an air outlet hole arranged in the main body, a cover air flow hole arranged in the upper cover and forming the path fir air discharged through the air outlet hole to be discharged outside, an accumulation space arranged on the air flow path between the air outlet hole and the cover air flow hole where water incoming through the cover air flow hole is accumulated, and an air flow guide duct isolating the cabinet inner space from the air flow path connecting the air outlet hole to the cover air flow hole for direction of air discharged through the air outlet hole and meant to be discharged outside through the space formed between the upper panel and the cabinet. The air flow guide duct has the first end connected to the main body part positioned below the air outlet hole and the second end coming in contact with the cabinet. The accumulation space is formed by at least part of the air flow guide duct.
EFFECT: heating plate operational reliability enhancement, heating plate installation simplification.
