FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier comprises an inlet differential cascade with the first (2) and the second (3) current outlets, the first current mirror (4), the inlet of which is connected to the first (2), and the outlet - to the second (3) current outlets of the differential cascade (1), the first (5) outlet transistor, the base of which is connected to the second (3) current outlet of DC (1), and a collector is connected to a supply bus, a current-stabilising dipole (6), connected to the outlet (7) of the device. The circuit includes the second (8) current mirror, the basic inlet of which is connected to the emitter of the outlet transistor (5), the common emitter outlet is connected to the outlet of the device (7), and the collector outlet is connected to the emitter of the additional transistor (9), besides, the base of the additional transistor (9) is connected to the first (2) current outlet of DC (1), and the collector is connected to a power supply bus.
EFFECT: increasing amplification ratio of the differential amplifier by one-two degrees by voltage using relatively low-resistance load dipoles.
