FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to food industry, dealing with a technology of layered and non-layered pastry products. The method envisages the pastry base relocation, the pastry base position detection and filler extrusion through the matrix hole for arrangement of a strip on the pastry base. In response to the pastry base detection the signalling or the synchronising mechanism activates the guillotine knife or the matrix hole opening blade to enable the filler application onto the pastry base and close the matrix hole in order to cut off a strip to a size specified. Cutting prevents further flow of the filler through the matrix hole until the next pastry base has been detected. The device for continuous production of layered and non-layered products contains a system for pastry base transportation and a detector device for detection of pastry bases as well as a device for application of a filler layer on the pastry base.
EFFECT: invention enables acceleration of the process of layered and non-layered pastry products production and ensures uniform distribution of a filler across the pastry base.
