SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in food industry in the process of production of sausages, hams, meat delicates. Under the sliced sausage link design sausage proper has an external coat or package. During industrial-scale production of sliced sausage links one makes a number of mostly flat cuts serving to facilitate the link cutting into parts on the surface of the sausage essentially keeping the form acquired in the process of manufacturing. The adjacent conjugated surfaces of the cuts are designed to be aligned across more than 90% of their areas to ensure adhesion.

EFFECT: invention ensures simplification of the product division into parts combined with a high structural rigidity of the final product.
