SUBSTANCE: handle for kitchen ware includes a metal insert and an attached piece made of hardened phenol and shaped above the specified insert. The metal insert may be shaped so that the attached piece displacement relative to the insert is prevented, and may include a helical ledge for attachment of a handle to a cooking container. The attached piece is shaped above the insert in the form of a handle. The attached piece may cover the insert and may form a hole, which is matched with the helical ledge to receive a screw, which continues through a helical ledge and into the cooking container.
EFFECT: invention provides a durable handle with high heat resistance for kitchen ware with high strength.
