FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry in manufacturing metal-ceramic dental prostheses. Method of manufacturing metal-ceramic dental prostheses includes casting of metal base, cleaning, processing, application of ceramic coating with further sintering. Metal base in form of frame is cast from alloy of titanium nickelide in argon medium at temperature 1270-1400°C. On processed surface of frame made are transversal incisions with angle 40-45° relative to vertical axis of support crowns and intermediate part of bridge-like prosthesis, after which frame is kept at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, with further additional processing with vapour at temperature 110-120°C for 60-120 seconds. After application of ceramic coating prosthesis is sintered at temperature 780-800°C.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to manufacture metal-ceramic dental prostheses from completely inert materials for oral cavity and increase prostheses quality, eliminating possible chipping of coating from metal frame.
