FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopedic dentistry in manufacture of metal-ceramic dentures and discloses a method for manufacturing metal-ceramic dentures with strengthened adhesion between the base frame and the veneering coating of the denture. The method includes casting the base frame of the denture from a metal alloy permitted and approved for application in dentistry for manufacturing metal-ceramic products, cleaning the cast base frame of the denture from oxides, applying a veneering ceramic coating from a ceramic material permitted and approved for application in dentistry for manufacturing metal-ceramic products to the base frame of the denture.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the quality and durability of the dentures during operation, to simplify and accelerate the process of manufacturing metal-ceramic dentures, to increase the safety and labour productivity of denture manufacturers, to improve the quality of dental care for the population, and can be used in dentistry and veterinary medicine.
