FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline fittings, particularly, to T-joint casings and may be used on their machining. Proposed method comprises bore reaming and threading in two planes by two unit-type semiautomatic machines incorporating three power heads each. Workpiece is clamped in special clamp with parts self-centered relative to machining axes. After reaming, workpiece is transferred to another machine for threading.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
