SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises the following steps. First, plastic sheet material with barrier layer of gastight material is used to make case 11. Said case comprises circular sections (2, 12) of base and neck section (3, 13) that extends from said base section (2, 12) to form container filling neck 5 together with section (2, 12). Note here that neck section is closed on opposite side of base section (2, 12) by disk-shaped element 15. Cap 8 is secured to neck section (3, 13). Cut (16) is made along disk-shaped element 15 on opposite side of filling hole 5. Element 15 is glued to cap section 10 applied thereon so that disk-shaped element 15 confines gastight material layer of cap 8. Outer thread is moulded on neck section on opposite side confining filling neck. Cap 7 has inner thread 7 that engages outer thread 6 of neck section (3, 13).

EFFECT: efficient production of plastic caps.
