FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment in water and heat supply systems and other process systems that suffer losses from scale formation. Proposed device comprises RF signal generator, device to feed RF signal into tube with output transformer with magnetic core made from magnetically permeable material and two clamps. Signal feed signal comprises variable reactive resistor, while output transformer secondary is connected via said resistor to heat system tubes in parallel with heat exchange equipment. Said resistor is used to set maximum efficient sine voltage at output transformer secondary.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, expanded performances.
