FIELD: water systems treatment.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the reagentless treatment of water systems and can be used in thermal power engineering to prevent the formation of scale on the surfaces of steam and hot water boilers. The device for antiscale treatment of hot water and steam boilers contains a flow boiler with a labyrinth-type heat exchanger and a water purity control sensor, and a control panel. A vibro-impact hammer is installed on the boiler wall between the labyrinth heat exchangers. An ultrasonic generator is installed on at least one heat exchanger. The water purity control sensor is located behind the heat exchangers along the water flow in the boiler and is connected to the control panel. The control panel performs periodic and short-term switching on of the power supply of the vibro-impact hammer and the generator of ultrasonic vibrations. A resonant vibration is created in the system, which leads to the coagulation of substances dissolved in water in the form of suspension, removed by the movement of water in the process of convective heat exchange, and the destruction of scale on the surfaces of heat exchangers with precipitation into the boiler.

EFFECT: increasing the service life of hot water and steam boilers and reducing energy costs by improving the quality of anti-scale treatment of heat exchangers.
