FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of at least one reservoir (1.1, 1.2,…, 1.i,…, 1.n) with system (2, 3, 4) of pipes. The system has at least one pipeline (2.1, 2.2,…,2.i,…, 2.n; 3.1, 3.2,…, 3.i,…, 3.n; 4) with valve distributing collector (B1, B2,…, Bi,…, Bn) positioned in point of outflow from bottoms (1.1a, 1.2a,…, 1.ia,…, 1.na) of each of corresponding reservoirs (1.1, 1.2,…, 1.i,…, 1.n). The valve distributing collector is made in form of elongated hollow element (B1a, B2a,…, Bia,…, Bna) running from bottom up, vertically, as a rule, and having attaching orifices (A) to connect its internal space with each pipeline (2.1, 2.2,…, 2.i,…, 2.n; 3.1, 3.2,…, 3.i,…, 3.n; 4). Disk valves are arranged by one in each connection between corresponding pipeline (2.1, 2.2,…, 2.i,…, 2.n; 3.1, 3.2,…, 3.i,…, 3.n; 4) and are connected to it with an attaching orifice (A); they switch this connection in direct vicinity to the hollow element. Pipelines (2.1, 2.2,…, 2.i,…, 2.n; 3.1, 3.2,…, 3.i,…, 3.n; 4) are made in form of an arc compensator in the region of the valve distributing collector; the compensator either partially envelops the valve distributing collector with its side portions in plane perpendicular in lengthwise axis (L) of the valve distributing collector, or is close to it by its one side portions. Orifice (V) is made in the arc compensator on the portion close to the valve distributing collector. Attaching orifice (A) and orifice (V) are interconnected by means of tubular connection including a disk valve. The point of tubular connection adjoining the arc compensator is at least at such distance (x) from primary direction of route (F1) of sections (a', a") of pipeline (2.1, 2.2,…, 2.i,…, 2.n; 3.1, 3,2,…, 3.1,…, 3.n; 4) connected to the arc compensator, which allows transfers of shift of sections (a', a") in the first direction (F1) of their route.

EFFECT: simple and efficient design with high operational reliability.
