FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry and can be used for cooling and washing of synthesis gas of biomass. Synthesis gas produced in a high-temperature pyrolitic biomass gasifier is fed into tower (2) for abrupt cooling and subjected to abrupt cooling and hardening to produce slag. Then the synthesis gas is fed into a waste-heat boiler, consisting of water-tube type boiler (3) and heat-tube type boiler (4), connected in series, for extraction of waste heat and condensation to form a heavy resin, into purification cooling tower (5) for removal of dust and cooling, and into electric filter (6) for additional removal of dust and resin.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce power consumption and to increase efficiency of heat usage.
