FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to heat engineering and can be used in a heat exchange system in order to be built into a deodoriser. A heat exchange system includes longitudinal heat transfer devices, inlet distributing branch pipes, outlet header tubes, spacer elements with holes for support of a longitudinal heat transfer device, an expansion joint, as well as two or more supporting devices. Longitudinal heat transfer devices pass through holes of spacer elements and are assembled into bundles; besides, each bundle is attached both to an inlet distributing branch pipe, and the outlet header branch pipes; besides, at least some of the spacer elements are installed on at least one supporting device. This invention also refers to a semi-continuous deodoriser having one or more such heat exchange systems and to use of the deodoriser.
EFFECT: enlarging heat exchange surface area; reducing thermal stress and preventing fatigue cracks.
