FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in placement of mixture of binding between rubbing surfaces. Also, mixture of binding contains mineral oil and preliminary crumbled composition of strengthening substances. The composition includes following components, wt %: lanthanum oxide La2O3 0.1-3, zinc oxide ZnO 0.5-1, triethanolamine TEA 0.01-0.1, titanium dioxide TiO2 1.0-4, magnesium oxide MgO 43.0, silicon dioxide SiO2 44.1, iron oxide Fe2O3 0.1-0.2, nickel oxide NiO 0.1-0.3, water H2O - not more, than 5.3. Mixture of binding out of mineral oil and composition is produced by introduction of composition into binding under mode of auto-oscillations with generation of hydro-dynamic fluctuations of pressure within the range of frequencies 6-50000 Hz, thus producing dispersed-ordered composition with dimension of particles 10-100 nm. Antifriction coating is formed by nitriding at friction of contact surfaces owing to cracking of triethanolamine producing surface nitride of titanium, iron and nickel and lanthanide of iron and nickel.
EFFECT: improved properties of working surfaces of frictional unit due to decreased value and coefficient of friction and wear; increased strength characteristics; forming protective layer.
