FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in construction of pressure wells and producers and in analysis of geological-physical conditions of pay structure, characteristics of pay saturating liquids in well output, and fluctuations of height of liquid column in well corresponding to cycles of rise and drop of level of oil-water contact under influence of lunar tidal forces. Further, the procedure consists in lowering a sub-surface pump into the producer equipped with a shank end with inlet channels. The channels are arranged in a certain interval of the pay. Efficiency of the sub-surface pump is changed to reduce percent ratio of water and well output on base of analysis. During lunar ebbs efficiency of the subsurface pump is increased to a required value, and it is decreased to a required value during lunar floods. According to the invention, diurnal cycles are accepted as cycles of rise and drop of the level of oil-water contact under effect of lunar tidal forces for the pay with water-encroached upper inter-layers. Output channels of the shank end are positioned at the level of the pay top. Efficiency of the sub-surface pump is increased at 20-25 % during lunar ebbs relative to a required value during lunar floods. From the beginning of operation this efficiency is gradually increased upon each cycle and water cut of output is controlled till it reaches nominal determined on base of analysis. Also, replacing agent and surface-active substance are pumped into pressure wells with frequency of once every 30 days.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of water-oil deposit development wherein residual oil is in pay under water-encroached upper interlayers divided with clayey inter-layers due to reduced output watering and increased capillary impregnation of pay.
