FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in construction of producing and pressure wells, in analysis of geological-physical conditions of pay structure and characteristics of saturating it fluids in well production, and of fluctuations of fluid column height in well- i.e. cycles of rise and fall of water-oil contact level under effect of lunar tides, and in lowering deep well pump into well. The deep-well pump is equipped with a shank end with inlet channels and a packer positioned at a certain interval of the pay. On base of analysis and for decrease of percent ratio of water and well production capacity of the deep well pump is increased to a required value during low tide, and decreased to a required value during high tide. As cycles of rise and fall of a level of water-oil contact under influence of lunar tides diurnal cycles are accepted for a pay with watered upper and lower interlayers. In producers an outlet channel of the shank end is equipped with a connecting rod made with a calibrated orifice and is located 1-2 metres below level of sub-face of the pay. Also, the shank end has inlet radial orifices at the level of an upper boundary of the pay. The packer is installed opposite to an oil interlayer of the pay. Ratio of volume of production withdrawal from the pay of the producer above and under the packer is regulated with diametre of the calibrated orifice of the connecting rod. Capacity of the deep well pump is increased at 20-25% during low tide relative to a required value during high tide. From the beginning of operation this capacity is gradually increased upon each cycle and water cut of output is controlled till it reaches nominal, determined on base of analysis.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of water-oil deposit development wherein residual oil is in inter-layer of pay under and over water-encroached upper and lower interlayers divided with clayey inter-layers due to reduced watering in extracted production.
