SUBSTANCE: document information is saved in a memory, the document information identifies multiple documents in a network, besides, multiple documents include authoritative documents and non-authoritative documents. Communication information is saved in the memory, besides, the communication information identifies connections between multiple documents. Values of distance are calculated, and the distance is measured with the quantity of serial transitions for each of non-authoritative documents to authoritative documents. Shifted value of distance is calculated, and the distance is measured with the quantity of serial transitions for each of non-authoritative documents in the network to authoritative documents. A search request is executed to generate a list of multiple documents, which includes at least one search condition. Ranging of multiple documents list is carried out, and the list includes at least one searching condition with application of ranging function, which contains one or more components that do not depend on the request. Ranged search results are produced in accordance with ranging.
