FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: multiple digital licenses comply with a part of content, including the main license and at least one additional license. Each additional license includes a reference to the main license, and each main license and each additional license states rules that instruct on how the content may be used. Each additional license is identified by means of a reference to the main memory in it, and rules in the main license and in each identified additional license are aggregated into an aggregated set of rules, which is estimated to define, whether such an aggregated set of rules makes it possible to use the content in a specific manner.
EFFECT: minimisation of quantity of various types of licenses for an application.
