FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electric power station based on generation of electric current by intensive removal of electrons from high point of cable grounded through the grounding system of high-rise building is proposed. Emitter of the system consists of fixed grid with needles and rotating turbines with the same needles; at that, elements of emitter are mounted on fixed axis of wind vane combined as to reinforcing design with lightning rod and grounding system of the building. Emitter is isolated from the grounding system of lightning rod, but it is connected to power cable having proper grounding through the load (power takeoff). At building height of more than 120 m and air humidity of not less than 20%, more than 25-30 Coulomb of charge per second can be removed from grid surface of 0.7-1.0 m2 (at wind velocity of more than 20 m/sec), which corresponds to power of electric power station of 500 thousand watt.
