SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier includes input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs, the first (4) power source connected to emitter circuit of input differential cascade (1), the first (5) resistor of collector load, the first output of which is connected to the first (6) output of device and the first (2) current output of input differential cascade (1), the second (7) resistor of collector load, the first output of which is connected to the second (8) output of device and the second (3) current output of input differential cascade (1), and the second (9) power source. The second output of the first (5) resistor of collector load is connected to the second (9) power source through the first (10) additional bipole and connected to the input of the first (11) non-inverting current repeater; the second output of the second (7) resistor of collector load is connected to the second (9) power source through the second (12) additional bipole and connected to input of the second (13) non-inverting current repeater; output of the first (14) additional inverting current amplifier is connected to the second (3) current output of input differential cascade (1), and its input is connected to output of the first (11) non-inverting current repeater; output of the second (15) additional inverting current amplifier is connected to the first (2) current output of input differential cascade (1), and its input is connected to output of the second (13) non-inverting current repeater.

EFFECT: increasing limit values of amplification coefficient as to DA voltage at low-voltage power supply.
