FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: broad-band amplifier has a first (1) input transistor (T) whose collector is connected through a first (2) current-stabilising two-terminal network to a first (3) power supply bus, and also connected to the base of output transistor T (4) and the first current input (5) of the device, the second (6) input transistor T, whose collector is connected to the base of the second (6) input transistor T, as well as the base of the first (1) input transistor T, the emitter of the output (4) T and the second (7) current input of the device, and the emitter is connected to the emitter of the first (1) input T and to the second (8) power supply bus, the collector load resistor (9), the first lead of which is connected to the collector of the output T(4) and the output of the device. The second lead of the collector load resistor (9) is connected to the first (3) power supply bus through an additional resistor (10) and through a non-inverting current repeater (11) to the second (7) current input of the device.
EFFECT: high voltage gain, avoiding an additional amplification stage, low overall power consumption compared to multi-stage amplifiers.
