FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bio-mineralogy - medical mineralogy and can be used in medicine, pharmacology, biophysics (magnetobiology), biochemistry, colloidal chemistry etc. The method of extracting mineral grains from adipose tissue involves manually crushing adipose tissue in a vessel and adding a lipid solvent by drawing in ratio of 1:10, leading to dissolution of lipids in 0.5-1 hour, and then extracting grains from the vessel. The adipose tissue is crushed mechanically, as well as with ultrasound. The lipid solvent used is ethyl ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, acetone, benzene, xylene or benzene. Dissolution of lipids can be repeated two times or more. After adding the solvent, the adipose tissue can be stirred (manually, using a glass rod or by shaking). Also, after adding the solvent, the adipose tissue is heated to 50°C. Extraction of grains from the vessel with high specific weight is carried out via decantation. Extraction of grains from the vessel can also be carried out by centrifuging or evaporation.

EFFECT: method of extracting mineral grains from adipose tissue is disclosed.
