FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to dairy industry. The composition includes a curd base and prophylactic phytonutrients in the form of a powder; the phytonutrients are represented by a phytomixture of the following components: dried laminaria, linden flowers, wild camomile flowers, rosehips, their ratio in the mixture being 1.0:(0.2-1.0):(0.1-0.5):(0.3-1.0) respectively; the curd base and the phytomixture are taken at the following ratio, wt %: curd base - 96.0-98.0, phytomixture - 2.0-4.0. The method for production of the curd phytoproduct based on the composition envisages addition of the powdery phytomixture to the curded mass till whey is strained off, stirring during no less than 10 minutes till the phytomixture particles swell up and activating their sorption activity. The curd mass is maintained until self-pressed; then the curd mass is subject to pressing.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to produce a product with a high biological activity and improved organoleptic properties.
