FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal industry. The fodder additive for prevention and therapy of gastrointestinal disturbances with young livestock is a fungous culture biomass autolysate biomaterial saturated with microelements in the following concentrations (mg/l): selenium - 4.1-39, iodine -1.2-31, iron - 160-910, calcium - 475-3100, magnesium -25-800, zinc - 15-70, manganese- 25-410, cuprum -1.8-18, cobalt - 1.1-16, boron - 0.9-41. The fungous culture is represented by Cephaliophora tropica D3. Cephaliophora tropica D3 fungus biomass is produce by way of growing in a robust nutritional medium based on ground soya, beet molasses, dry milk, pine needle carotene paste, a pine needle extract and salts of microelements: selenium, iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc manganese, cuprum, cobalt, boron. Cephaliophora tropica D3 fungus biomass autolysate is prepared by way of maintaining the said fungus biomass having been grown during 12 hours at a temperature of 53÷55°C and during 5-6 hours at a temperature of 63÷65°C.
EFFECT: invention enables prevention and therapy of gastrointestinal disturbances with young agricultural livestock.
