FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: antidote composition is proposed, which comprises biomass Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas aureofaciens or other non-pathogenic bacteria containing a biopolymer of poly-beta-hydroxybutyric acid in an amount of not less than 0.4 wt % based on the final composition, hydrolysed using at micromycete of genus Cephaliophora at a temperature of 50-60°C, and a specific set of macro- and micro-elements: nitrogen (total N) 3.6-15.4 wt %, phosphorus (total content in terms of P2O5) 6.0-10.2 wt %, potassium (total content in terms of K2O) 2.1-8.0 wt %, magnesium (total content in terms of MgO) 0.5-4.8 wt %, sulfur (total content in terms of SO42-) 2.5-6.7 wt %. The invention also includes the methods of effective use of this composition in the practice of crop production as a safener for protecting crop plants from stress exposure of herbicides and other chemical pesticides.

EFFECT: composition has ecological compatibility, low consumption rates, low specificity when combined with different kinds of crops and pesticides, high antidote effect, the composition enables to save more than half of the crop harvest using highly toxic pesticides.
