FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery. Splenocaval venous anastomosis is formed by means of autotransplant, placed behind pancreas head, by sewing one of its ends into side of inferior vena cava above the place where left renal vein enters and connecting its other end with splenic vein in "end-to-end" manner. After that, renoportal anastomosis is formed, sewing end of renal vein into zone of orifice of cut off splenic vein.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate necessity of shunting renal blood into femoral during operation, which simplifies and reduces time of its carrying out.
