FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to transplantology. A recipient's liver and subphrenic portion of an inferior vena cava are mobilised. A central vein of a right adrenal body is preserved. The blood outflow from the right adrenal body is preserved by releasing the inferior vena cava above the suprarenal vein inflow. A hepatectomy and an homotopic transplantation of the cadaver liver are performed. An end-to-end anastomosis is applied on an inferior vena cava stump of the implanted donor complex with the recipient's inferior vena cava. A left renoportal venous anastomosis is formed with the splenic vessels ligation.
EFFECT: method provides improving the transplant function, reduces a risk of complications by maintaining the hormonal activity of the right adrenal body, the rheological properties and the portal vein oxygen saturation and intake ofoxycorticosteroids of the left adrenal body into the transplant directly by maintaining the blood outflow from the right adrenal body.
