SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand tools and may be used during performance of repair, installation and emergency rescue works for nipping reinforcement elements of metal profiles, ropes and lines and dead cables. The hydraulic nippers are composed of a pair of blades 1, 2 mounted coaxially on an axle 3 so that to be capable of limited turn round it, a hydraulic power cylinder 4, elements 5 intended for transfer of force to the blades 1, 2, controls 6, a handle 7 for the hydraulic nippers spatial relocation as well as elements 8 for connection of sleeves and protections 9. The blades 1, 2 cutting edges are designed to consist of two curvilinear sections 10, 11 connected with sharp teeth 12, 13 having straight cutting edges 14, 15.

EFFECT: extension of the range of profiles to be nipped and blades stability enhancement.
