FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention refers to mining and can be used during operation of underground storage tanks created in permafrost formations through the well for disposal of drilling waste. Method of underground disposal of drilling waste in permafrost formations involves their delivery to the disposal place and filling of underground tank with waste through well bore. During drilling work the drilling waste is separated and drilling mud is deposited separately from liquid drilling waste. Filling of the above underground tank with drilling waste is performed by alternating the charge of drilling mud and liquid drilling waste. At that, during accumulation of drilling mud, and/or its supply to disposal place, and/or directly prior to supply to underground tank the drilling mud is converted to liquid state with introduction of liquid or water vapour to it till relative humidity is 30-40%.
EFFECT: increasing disposal efficiency of drilling waste in underground tank created through the well bore in permafrost formations.
