FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: radar facility represents equally spaced receiving and transmitting stations, where space natural or artificial noise signal sources are used as transmitting station, and receiving station is ground-type and includes antenna and receiving deice including the main receiving path for noise signals, recording system of quantised noise signal, correlation device, and synchrometer. At that, the main receiving path includes low-noise amplifier (LNA) with wide receiving band and frequency converter connected to LNA, which has the output connected to recording system to which the synchrometer is connected and which includes two recording channels the outputs of which are connected to correlation device.

EFFECT: antenna reception of two quasi-noise signals, one of which is reflected from object and the other one if reference from transmitting station; the correlation between the above signals has the information on available object, value of delay between signals and change of time delay.
