FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for preparation of skeleton bones exposed to putrefactive and thermal actions, after mechanical preparation the bones are placed in Belizna solution dissolved in hot water 1:2 Belizna - 1 litre, hot water of temperature 50°C - 2 litres. The bones are kept in the solution for 2-3 hours. Then they are washed in running water, and placed in said Belizna again for 15-30 minutes. Then 15 % hydrogen peroxide is jetted in the solution with the bones placed wherein. After the reaction termination, another portion of 15 % hydrogen peroxide is added.
EFFECT: method allows restoring the bones exposed to putrefactive and thermal actions due to decolouration of dark portions and removal of the rotted off tissues.
