FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfecting material processing. Water composition includes mixture of lower alkanol, which contains from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, water, alkalinising agent and fatty acid derivative, representing salt or ester. Composition has pH equal 14 and higher. Fatty acid derivative in composition constitutes from 0.1% to 25 wt %, lower alkanol from 3% to 95 wt %, water from 5% to 95 wt %, and alkalinising agent from 0.1% to 10 wt % of composition amount. Amount of composition, sufficient for disinfecting material processing, is applied on material with possible removal of obtained composition.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of processing and extend spectrum of action.
