SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable diapers and can be used both in form of diaper fixed with ribbon, and in form of diaper of underpants type. Disposable diaper of underpants type contains anterior and posterior main parts, connected with each other on their both lateral parts, hole for waist, two holes for right and left legs, set of elongated resilient and elastic elements, fixed in zone passing from waist hole to holes for legs on anterior and posterior parts in stretched state in width direction, perforation lines, formed on both lateral sections of anterior main part or posterior main part in such a way that they pass from waist hole edge to edges of holes for legs. Resilient and elastic elements are located from both sides of perforation lines in such a way that their ends, facing perforation lines, are located in the same places as perforation lines, or near perforation lines. One pair of fastening ribbons has gearing parts on their internal surfaces and envelopes perforation lines from two sides. Resilient and elastic element is fixed in such a way that it crosses perforation line in stretched state in direction of crossing, and then is cut in the same place where perforation line is located, or near perforation line. In case when anterior and posterior main parts are subjected to elastic deformation in width direction, stretching tension, acting on one main part with fastening ribbons, is larger than stretching tension acting on the other main part without fastening ribbons.

EFFECT: improved fitting to waist of wearing person, prevention of unintentional tearing along perforation line at the time when diaper is not used or in application in form of diaper of underpants type.
