SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to trainers for kung fu exercises. A trainer for kung fu exercises according to this invention comprises mainly a base, a body and two hand-like elements. The body is installed on the base and comprises a vertical rod, a side rid and a coating. The side rod is reliably fixed on the vertical rod. The coating covers the specified rods. Hand-like elements are arranged on the body with the possibility of adjustment of their height and distance between them.
EFFECT: provision of the possibility to adjust position of working elements, which is achieved by adjustment units.
