SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery. Surgically implanted injection port contains punchable by needle diaphragm, made with possibility of access with needle from proximal side of port. Punchable by needle case contains hole, extending distally from diaphragm, and additionally containing bottom with lateral wall, extending in proximal direction from it to diaphragm for formation of reservoir. Impermeable metal element is fixed to flat part of hole bottom and is supported inside said hole. Metal element does not come into contact with said lateral wall on sections, proximal with respect to the most distal edge of said lateral wall. Metal element is held in specified place by means of fixing projection, overlaying the section of said metal element. Case forms recess, adjacent to said bottom. Recess possesses circular boundary. Fixing protrusion first protrudes upwards from the place, immediately adjacent to section of circular boundary. Fixing protrusion is deformed for overlapping section of said metal element. Described is second version of injection port, different in unit of diaphragm fixation.

EFFECT: simplification of installation and connection of injection port.
