FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace assembling and docking equipment and may be used for jointing nose cone to carrier rocket. Proposed mounting device comprises support ring, crosswise beam, vertical guides, corset, dual-action linear drive and swing-out supports. Said corset consists of crossarm and bands. Vertical guide are arranged to receive corset bands with assembly to be jointed with. Bands are arranged to allow radial and angular displacement. Guides lower ends are secured to support ring while crosswise beam is mounted on their upper ends. Aforesaid linear drive is pivoted to crosswise beam center that may be jointed with corset crossarm. Corset band may come in contact with swing-out supports.
