SUBSTANCE: steel part is produced of steel containing wt %: C: more or equal to 0.040, but less or equal to 0.100, Mn: more or equal to 0.80, but less or equal to 2.00, Si: more or equal to 0.30, S: less or equal to 0.005, P: less or equal to 0.030, Al: more or equal to 0,010, but less or equal to 0.70, Nb; more or equal to 0.015, but less or equal to 0.100, Ti: more or equal to 0.030, but less or equal to 0.080, N: less or equal to 0.009, Cu: less or equal to 0.100, Ni: less or equal to 0.100, Cr: less or equal to 0.100, Mo: less or equal to 0.100 and Ca: less or equal to 0.006, the rest: iron and unavoidable impurities; also microstructure of steel part consists of at least 75 % of equi-axial ferrite, martensite at amount of not less 5% and not more 20 % and bainite at amount not exceeding 10 %.
