FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a coated steel part. The method includes the following steps: A) providing steel sheet pre-coated with aluminium-based pre-coating for corrosion protection for heat treatment; B) applying a preliminary hydrogen diffusion-reducing coating to a steel sheet with a thickness of 10-550 nm, which contains at least one element selected from nickel, chromium, magnesium, aluminium, or yttrium; C) annealing of the steel sheet with a coating previously applied to reduce the diffusion of hydrogen into the steel sheet in a chamber furnace in an inert atmosphere at a temperature of 450-750°C for 1-100 hours to obtain a pre-alloyed steel sheet; D) cutting the pre-alloyed steel sheet to obtain a blank; E) heat treatment of the blank at a temperature of 800-970°C for 1-12 min to obtain a fully austenitic steel microstructure; F) moving the blank into the die mould; G) hot forming of the blank to obtain a part at a temperature of 600-830°C; H) cooling the part obtained in step G) to obtain a steel microstructure that is martensitic.
EFFECT: production a part with suitable resistance to delayed cracking.
