FIELD: stamping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hot-stamped laser-welded part and a hot-stamped part. First and second sheets (1, 2) with a preliminary coating are provided. Butt-welding of first and second sheets (1) with a pre-coating is performed to obtain workpiece (15). Workpiece (15) is then heated to a heat treatment temperature of at least 10ºC below the full austenitization temperature of weld joint (22) and at least 15ºC above the minimum temperature Tmin, which is determined depending on the full austenitization temperature of weld joint (22), the tensile strength of the most durable and most fragile base after stamping, the carbon content of the filler material, the proportion of the filler material, and the ratio of the thickness of the most fragile and most durable base. Workpiece (15) is kept at the heat treatment temperature for 2-10 minutes. Stamping of workpiece (15) into the part and cooling are performed.

EFFECT: part is obtained that has satisfactory impact characteristics even with relatively high aluminum content in the welded joint at a relatively low cost.
