FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: when forming snow-compacted surfaces, snow base is treated by means of tillage, wetting and compaction of snow mass to form a wear-resistant snow cover. The device comprises a creeper tractor with working elements to treat snow and ice mass, a power generator, a compressor, a thermal unit, facilities to profile a run bed and a trailer plant, arranged in the form of a frame, and also facilities of static and dynamic compaction. Additionally the device comprises a system of preparation and stabilisation of technical air, a power module, a thermal unit, installed on the trailer plant frame, a back sliding support, combined with a facility of static compaction, and a thermal module installed on it. The bearing part of the frame is arranged in the form of a spatial parallelepiped with fuel tanks installed on it to feed device power units. The dynamic compaction system is arranged with the possibility to ensure a force of dynamic effect up to 6000 MPa.
EFFECT: improved wear resistance and strength of ski runs, safety and improvement of adhesive properties of run bed, extension of ski slopes and ski runs operation season.
