FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: pyrolysis thermal gas-chemical plant for utilisation of solid domestic wastes includes combustion chamber with grates, which is connected to primary air supply channel, thermal gas-chemical reactor made in the form of housing with cylindrical vessel arranged in it and equipped with tight cover and yield of pyrolysis products, and secondary air supply chamber. It is equipped with header, filtering unit the inlet of which is connected in upper part of housing of thermal gas-chemical reactor above cylindrical vessel, and outlet is connected to secondary sir supply chamber and to atmosphere by means of gas duct providing exit gas circulation. Combustion chamber and supply chamber of secondary air are arranged in a separate housing, separated with curved partition, and cavities of chambers are made so that they are interconnected with cavity of housing of thermal gas-chemical reactor. Flow swirlers are fixed along inner side surface of housing of thermal gas-chemical reactor, and side surface of cylindrical vessel is multi-layered. Pyrolysis products yield is provided in upper part of side surface of vessel and connected to header connected to primary air supply channel.
EFFECT: increasing pyrolysis process speed, increasing its stability due to arrangement of more effective heat transfer and active distribution of exits gases to filtering ort catalytic element.
