FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves estimating rotational speed successively for a number N of positions of oscillations relative electrodes, wherein a position is geometrically shifted by a predetermined angle and oscillations are shifted from one position to another by generating precession instructions using a preset scaling coefficient. The average value of rotational speed estimates for N positions is calculated. The number N of positions and the angle which separates positions is determined such that the average value of estimates enables to eliminate at least one component of harmonic drift of oscillations.
EFFECT: invention enables to minimise drift error.
