FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: measurement of readings of inertial measurement instruments is performed at three stages with the same duration as to time at spatial orientation of inertial measurement instruments, which is different for each of the stages. Measurement of readings of inertial measurement instruments is performed at the first stage to determine initial orientation and integration of a navigation equation. Measurement of readings of inertial measurement instruments is performed at the second stage for integration of navigation equations when inertial measurement instruments are subject to impact and/or vibration actions. Measurement of readings of inertial measurement instruments is performed at the third stage for initial orientation and integration of the navigation equation after impact and/or vibration actions.
