SUBSTANCE: in a device for unidirectional pressing of power transformer windings, made of lower and upper pressing boards and a device that tightens it, under the lower pressing plate there is the device base, which represents a welded structure of two round boards - the upper and lower ones, besides, on the upper plate of the base there are hydraulic cylinders, a distributing header with hydraulic hoses, and additional telescopic guide cylinders with the possibility of their vertical displacement, which exceeds vertical displacement of hydraulic cylinders, on the lower board of the base there are profiled guide bases, which match radial axes of through slots arranged in the upper board of the base and the lower pressing board, necessary for a tightening device made of two parts connected by tightening bushings, the upper part of which is fixed on the upper pressing board, made of a metal tape, in the form of a tightly wound spiral, and its lower part passing via the through slots of the lower pressing board and the upper board of the base is fixed in the profiled guides of the base.

EFFECT: provision of a directed force of winding pressing, universality of a device for wide range of types and forms of power transformer and reactor windings, simplicity in manufacturing and application, which results in reduction of winding manufacture prime cost.
